When I requested a return under 'not as pictured/described,' the seller was rude and refused to take responsibility for the misleading listing, instead blaming me for selecting the wrong return reason. Their dismissive attitude made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Poor customer service and no accountability. Buyers beware.
