Der Versand nach Deutschland ist mit den Einfuhrgebühren teuerer als die Matratze. Somit zahlt man mit Rücksendung doppelt so viel, wie die Matratze kostet. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis. Ob der Verkäufer wirklich alles erstattet, ist auch fraglich. Am Ende hat man keine Matratze und nur Kosten. Der Kontakt und der Service mit dem Verkäufer waren für mich nicht zufrieden stellend und wenig lösungsorientiert.
