While it came out of the box, everything was included and was packaged really safely, brand new as described!! I also like this seller because I got some cute free cards!! Another thing is that they communicate really well when needed and helped me understand how to get it!!

I have bought from them before, and they quite literally always deliver in the best way. :) They helped me solve the tariff issue, and was extremely helpful and communicative during the entire process. The item was well priced, and communication from the seller regarding how the item would be sent and packaged was phenomenal! The skzoo arrived safely, and in great condition, along with the inclusions which were very safely packaged as well. The seller was absolutely fantastic about communication regarding changing policies and issues with new US tariff implementations, and made the process a lot less stressful! I will always come back here :)
