Seller sent me the wrong item — a visibly damaged 500-piece collectible — after shipping my correct purchase to someone else. Refused a fair partial refund and instead complained to me about his margins. The item arrived in a thin, flimsy box, totally unfit for a limited edition figure. I had to document everything, contact eBay support, and repackage it safely for return. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Only good thing was finally getting my money back.
