One of the 3 screens was drooping by about 1" compared to the other 2. This was improved with adjustment but 1 screen was still noticably lower. The seller did respond promptly and sent out a replacement part which was better but the 1 screen was still unable to be raised to the level of the other 2. In the end the operator couldn't be bothered to change the whole bracket so she decided to live with it. Good seller, average product.

The main arm cannot hold my 3kg monitors without bending (description states 9kg max). Customer service sent me a replacement immediatly but that had the same problem. The price is very low for a 3 screen setup so I decided to keep the mount.
