Shipped in original packaging with almost all genuine Samsung replacement parts or at the very least an equatable quality. THE SHIPPING THOUGH... Immaculate. Ive lost two monitors to the postal service now and this puppy came wrapped up like fort Knox. 110% will be purchasing from my new favorite refurbisher soon. Also you can NOT beat these prices at this quality.

Arrived in retaped box with a broken remote control that was duct taped. They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!
