The screen and back were scratch free, but the stainless steel sides have a few scratches and scuffs. The camera was in great condition with no visible scratches. Startup went smoothly and the phone has been running fantastic over the past week. Battery health was 85% capacity but is still holding a charge all day on heavy usage with about 35% remaining in the evenings. Very good upgrade from my iPhone XR.

The communication I received from the seller was professional and quick. My iPhone arrived looking brand new! There were no marks on it at all! It was sold in excellent condition and refurbished. The value for what I paid seemed very fair. I would recommend this seller for items they are selling. The only thing I would change, is to have an option to either sign for it on delivery or to change delivery address.
