The sync 3 system all worked and was awesome! Carplay is a game changer. I have an f150 so I had to download a program and contact seller to fix the start up screen logo and to fix climate control. They were quick to respond and got me fixed up in 15 minutes! Everything works perfectly now! Definitely I recommend this seller, super easy to deal with and responsive!

Install was very simple, two screws on the dash, four on the sync. Recommend two sided tape for the gps antenna as it should be mounted top side up from my research. I did have to use support services, and they were very experienced with programming. Availability and response time is a bit slow due to time zones. Very happy overall, works great and cheaper than a new vehicle!! Thanks

The only observation is the seller shows as a US vendor, but the item clearly came from China and my assistance came from China.
