Handpiece was just thrown loose in a large envelope with a thick catalog. Handpiece was dented at the front where the chuck key fits the chuck and outer shell was rubbing on the chuck. Any attempt at protective packaging would have prevented this. I ordered a similar item for China on April 3rd; arrived the same day as the above item. Paid $27.23. Handpiece was in a Foredom protective sleeve and that was well packed in a box.
