I brought the dress to the cleaner to get cleaned and they advised it would cost $50 to try and remove the stains which I declined. You received this dress on Thursday before the Friday of your event. Upon investigation you wore this dress got stains on it. You contacted me the following Monday after item was worn, got a partial refund from eBay of which I just found out. The dress was worn and you wanted to return it, is why decision was made to not honor return and refund.
