I had a lovely response within the hour and helpful instructions with next steps. Followed instructions and item still received within specified tineframe. Fits perfectly, hot tub all in working order and keeping us cool through this heatwave! Brilliant. Would highly recommend!

This seller just likes to waist people's time and money .

Told me what service pack to buy from his eBay shop, then sent me crystal clear, step by step detailed photo instructions on how to dismantle the pump and install the part. This was before i'd purchased the part!! I also purchased the descaler along with the service pack (if nothing else, it means you ran run the filter with Couldn't recommend enough and would use again. Thanks John
