This seller helped out greatly with helping diagnose the problem and was able to get a replacement after talking to his rep about the problem. The seller went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Although his order received another movement scan the very same day I offered to reship or refund. Buyer never responded to either offer, instead they left us a negative feedback.

I didn't realize until i started to install it. I reached out but they said the 30 days had passed so they wouldn't accept the return. They also assured me that I recieved the correct item. I ordered A27CGD25C016 which should have had a 480V coil. I recieved A27CGF40B040 which has a 240V coil. Instead of sending out a new product in a tattered box, I printed out some labels and taped them on YES. The the product contained within is exactly what the buyer ordered. I am still waiting on a picture of the coil displaying the coil voltage and of the contactor overloads. But the buyer wont send those because they perfectly match his order.
