They contacted me within seconds and told me what to do and that they would make it right. I did as asked and sent them the tracking information for when they would receive it. They immediately refunded the cost of shipping and sent the correct movie out. They were extremely responsive, cared about the issue, resolved it immediately, and were very pleasant to deal with. They ROCK!!!

Only issue was some minor damage to the outside slipcase and two of the season cases have minor damage. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and with the seller.
