I only received one steel bar, not two, and no hardware shipped also. We didn't think we would try and get the customer on a $30 part. Did the package look damaged / retaped? We pull these from a brand new box to ship out. Of course we will take care of the missing items but a simple email would have sufficed. Thank you for alerting us of the missing items. Please email me with pictures of the packaging if damaged.

I contacted the seller and recieved a fast response. The seller was very very helpful and worked with me doing everything they could to make sure I was happy and is sending me a full replacement unit with a return label for the faulty unit. Cant say enough about this seller! If you buy from then you will be in good hands. They will take care of your. This is quality customer service!!!!!
