I feel like I was duped by thinking by spending more $ I was actually getting a quality part. The plastic if VERY light duty and I am not sure how long it will last given that this knob on the stove requires the most torque to turn... Shame on me.

When I tried to inquire about returning this knob and trying another, the seller closed the order and refused to return my $53.76! I don't have a knob that operates my oven, and I'm out $53! I'm very unhappy with this experience. Do not order from this outfit!!

Item was ordered on the 26th, a shipping label was created on the 30th, but the item was not actually mailed until the 2d. Of course, the post office was to blame for the two day delay before I received it on the 8th. I recognize that it was over a holiday and will also take into account the actual shipping time from California should I order from this seller again.
