ENGLISH DESCRIPTION "It's not a book written by me, it happened to me." -Neale Donald Walsch He was on the brink. He found himself in that moment in which pain--the worst pain, that which produces solitude of spirit--threatened to take him to the point of most terrible despair. What better proof could he have of God's inexistence than this needless suffering? And if God existed, couldn't he, in his solitude, talk to him? It was in this last gesture of hope that the miracle occurred. Through this revelation, Conversations with God is the transcript of the most infrequent--although perhaps the most necessary--of dialogues, through which we see a tolerant God, profoundly cognizant of human beings' virtues and weaknesses and, because of them, more interested in proposing an attitude about life than about demanding rigid norms. A God who is therefore "human" to the extent that we are made in His image and likeness. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville. The seller was very responsive and I decided it was interesting to see if/how the book would arrive. Thanks, Joe
