The seller went to great lengths to custom package my chandelier and I was so impressed with her effort; she communicated with me every step of the way. The item was brand new and as described. It's already hanging, and it looks like it cost so much more than we paid! Such a great experience, and I recommend this seller to everyone!

I had an issue with FedEx damaging the package and losing the contents, and The Kings Bay corrected it, reached out to me, and sent me the items. They were professional and courteous and I intend to buy from them again! I very highly recommend them. Excellent Quality, Condition was perfect, great value, and the appearance is fantastic for my old farmhouse.
