A bit rickety on my older heavier flat screen, but it does hold the TV just fine. The instruction manual was written by a monkey, everything is mislabeled and backwards. But if you use your brain it pieces together just fine!

Instead of welding the components together, they decided to use screws, which I guess is easier and more precise than welding (and makes the components fit into a smaller box, much like an IKEA piece of furniture). The overall structure has a kind of elasticity / flexibility to it, always yielding a bit when pushed in any direction, so it's not totally stiff, but returns to original position. Pretty creative unusual design, but it works.
