Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. It was entirely my fault because I didn't realize that the radio/cd player for a JBL sound system was different, even though at first glance they appear to be the same. When I contacted them to let them know I was returning it, the were very cordial and understanding. The price was very good and sellers communication was fantastic. The amp showed up looking like it was brand new off the shelf.
