I was home at time of delivery - all day - and did not hear front door bell or knock on door despite me asking royal mail (in person, via telephone and online feedback forms) to do this. I am absolutely delighted with toy. It is immaculate and works. It was very well packed for postage journey. Thank you so much for great buy. Good value, as described in list

Seller described condition so i knew what to expect, Unfortunately I did not expect the post man to leave parcel out in rain if he knocked I didn't hear him, and i was in the front room at the time. Also package had been dropped with a bad dent that went all the way through the package.
