The item was purchased during the Canada Post strike, hence UPS was used instead of the original Canada Post option. UPS is notorious for delivering squished packages and sadly I'm a victim of that this time; it's not the fault of the seller, UPS is to blame.

Boxes were in perfect condition. Everything was wrapped neatly and securely in bubble wrap and box was labeled as fragile. Will definitely be returning to this seller and definitely recommend you give them a shot!
