They were quick in response and solution oriented with the problem. Seller was responsive and responsible, two things that are hard to come by these days with independent sellers. Said they would pay for my shipping back and did not. Re-size the ring is included. Since it was returned, they wanted to charge me $50 and then they would pay my shipping back.
