Synopsis
An eye-opening biography of one of the most influential psychiatrists of the modern age, drawing from his lectures, conversations, and own writings. "An important, firsthand document for readers who wish to understand this seminal writer and thinker." -- Booklist In the spring of 1957, when he was eighty-one years old, Carl Gustav Jung undertook the telling of his life story . Memories, Dreams, Reflections is that book, composed of conversations with his colleague and friend Aniela Jaffé, as well as chapters written in his own hand, and other materials. Jung continued to work on the final stages of the manuscript until shortly before his death on June 6, 1961, making this a uniquely comprehensive reflection on a remarkable life. Fully corrected, this edition also includes Jung's VII Sermones ad Mortuos ., An autobiography put together from conversations, writings and lectures with Jung's cooperation, at the end of his life., An eye-opening biography of one of the most influential psychiatrists of the modern age, drawing from his lectures, conversations, and own writings. - e***r (2726)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoI received this item right on time. IF it was a little slow to get here, that's a matter for USPS, NOT the seller. - 2***b (591)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoThis was as pictured. The other item in the same shipment was not the edition and cover ordered and I was very disappointed about that. Looking at other recent reviews it seems other buyers have the same complaints - they send you any old cover and not the one you wanted and chose specifically because of their photo. Second frequent comment is true too - very flimsy packaging, but the books were fine. I'd say if you want a specific cover do NOT order from this seller. Otherwise fine.
