All I received was a label in a plastic baggy from the post office. The seller and I tracked the ordeal and the post office made updates of the delays and damage along the way. The seller was apologetic and kind and refunded my money. I am bummed about not getting my hoodie of course but hopefully I’ll find another one. And id absolutely buy from this seller again and recommend them. This was just a freak thing.
