The condition is very good for a refurbished item, it looks better than in the photos as in the listing. Then i plugged it in and it all works ok . Funny thing is, i only thought i hoover abit just to try it out...i ended up doing the whole flat lol. Very good honest seller, i was impressed by its condition as this seller made sure they sent something of presentable good quality. Im happy with everything. Thank you
