A couple of weeks ago, I made a purchase from them, and the postal service completely mishandled the delivery, delaying it significantly and marking it as delivered even though the package had never arrived. Despite this, the seller proved to be very professional, helping me resolve the issue and, fortunately, ensuring my order reached its destination. The item I ordered was exactly as shown in the photos and description and well-packeged.
