Fortunately, Cisco (Meraki) will allow you to submit proof of purchase and a photo of the item's erial number and they made the adjustment.

Without going into specifics, it arrived unusable, but less than 10 minutes after letting the seller know I was offered a full refund! The seller kept things respectful and polite. He understood that this was an unfortunate situation for both of us and didn’t even bother asking me to return the item. I will definitely be returning to this shop.
