Initially, the sling was not shipped with the product, I informed the seller, and they were very prompt in providing my ideal resolution, which they then sent the matching sling to the bag to me.     The package arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The seller allowed me to bundle this lens with a camera I purchased. The seller has great communication and customer service. I ended not being able to use this lens because I bought the wrong type, the seller graciously accepted my return and refunded my money. I highly recommend this seller!
