After a very rocky delivery we received the item as described, was packaged well and shipped quickly. We understand the USPS misdelivery wasn't the seller's fault though no less frustrating. This seller proactively contacted me, explained about the understaffed post offices in the area they ship from, and then sent a replacement item at their cost, which I received quickly.
