The seller poorly photographed the water bottle, hiding some of the defects such as previous users teeth marks. The bottle was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with no padding resulting in dents to the stainless steel outer shell. Spending another 25 cents for a padded envelope would have avoided the damage. I messaged the seller about these issues but received no response.
