I reached out to the seller severally begging for refund and couldn't honor it. Takes couple of days to respond. Instead the seller wanted me to keep the faulty item and get only 20% refunded of which I categorically insisted I needed a full refund. This seller is untrustworthy and buy from them at your own risk. 17 bucks is not much but I thought I should warn potential buyers.
