The seller had more accurate tracking info than what I was seeing posted. This was great as it provided me ease of mind that it was still on its way. Product was just as posted and expected. It was easy to communicate with the seller and the agreed price was right. The product was not boxed, but the tube was sealed/unopened so no concerns. The shipping was fine - not super fast, but was not slow/delayed.
