      Though there was a delay in the shipment, the seller maintained full transparency and from what I can tell a similar problem is unlikely to impact another sale as it was a specific, unforeseen familial issue. The price of the item was initially fair, though after the shipping delay the seller included even more games with the unit to make up for it, increasing the value. The item was packaged well and received no damage during shipment, and appears and functions exactly as was described.

      I didn't actually get the item- but it wasn't the seller's fault and they were commutative with me and were quick to issue my refund. I'm bummed about the item, but this seller's customer service was effective and that should be recognized. We can't always get what we want, but when there is kindness it is hard to hold a grudge.
