A MISSING PACKAGE ISN'T THE SELLERS FAULT BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST HELP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE AND TRYING TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO VOLUNTARILY CLOSE A CASE, ONCE CLOSED IT CANNOT BE RE OPENEDED.
