    I received the monitor quickly through FedEx. The price was great, and it arrived in great condition. It was an open box in the sense that the package had been open at some point but everything was still nicely packed as brand new. I cetainly would consider purchasing from this seller again.

    They shipped promptly. The packaging was just a plastic envelope, but there was no damage to the product box. It was brand new as advertised. The stylus works great, and I saved a few dollars vs getting it on the XP Pen website.

    It's been two weeks since I got my tablet and I have been using it every day. I am a long time Wacom user, but my Cintiq was finally wearing out and I needed something and decided to try the XP-Pen Artist 24. I am totally thrilled with it. It's everything the description says it is! Quality is outstanding, and the shipping and packaging were exemplary.
