Item was not new or in original box even though it was stated new, perfect condition, open box. Shipped barely packaged. Sloppily placed in a box and spout of kettle was coming through the box it was shipped in. Item was used and damaged. Emailed seller, no apology, didn’t admit to item being used, even though I sent photos. Skirted around dishonesty and really didn’t reply at all. Gave seller days to reply. For some reason it went all the way back to Colorado. Then it went back to New Jersey. Then went to Massachusetts, and finally after 2 weeks it was delivered to Connecticut.
