This was not visible in the photos. When contacted, I was refused a refund and told that shoes were pre-owned. He offered me a discount on any future item I might purchase. This is a misrepresentation of merchandise and not in keeping with eBay’s policies. I am shocked at this behavior. Been on eBay since 2003 and have never encountered this before.
