Very impressed that the seller contacted me re unpacking telling me that as it was a gift not to unwrap it on arrival as it could not be easily repacked. Fortunately I had booked delivery t the gift recipient’s address.

When I asked for a return label the seller tried to get me to print the same label with my address on it and to write RTS on it. The seller has since ignored all message and gave me no communication. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered with a seller. Please be careful if you order from this seller as this has been a highly stressful situation.
