    My laptop fell and the screen broke on a Friday. I ordered 2 replacement screens to repair both my laptops and they arrived in 5 days via Fedex $50 (+1 day for customs). They were carefully packaged and brand new with protective screen covers and everything. I installed the screens and they work perfectly as can be seen in the picture. As one of the laptops is my work laptop, I am extremely grateful to the seller for shipping quickly and for providing an excellent product.Perfect seller 5 stars.

    Very fast delivery considering it was sent from China. Well packaged and all was well until I powered up the laptop with this new screen fitted. I then encountered a Power-On Self-Test (POST) problem where although the screen was working, the laptop refused to boot up. Having tried all Dell's suggested methods to cure this, the only way I got the laptop working was to refit the original screen. Having contacted the seller, he agreed that it was a compatibility issue and refunded my payment.
