They sent out the tail lights first and had an issue with getting the headlights to me at the same time. They contacted me via message and offered a full refund to return the headlights or a smaller partial refund if I could be patient and wait. I chose to wait. I have no regrets. They went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate their communication and support.
