I asked for a "partial refund" because the cost to repair this item was more than my initial calculation based on her NEW(other) list and she listed NO flaws in the description. I normally leave positive glowing feedback to all my purchases. She claims I contacted Ebay to complain but honestly I have no idea how to do that as al Ebay is AI tech!
