I won the auction for the putter and paid immediately when bidding closed. I received a confirmation and a tracking number the next day which was excellent. The following day received an email saying oops we don't have the item in stock. We have refunded your money and we're going to send you some golf balls. I messaged the seller multiple times with no response. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service. Not even good balls were sent.

Shipping cost was fair. Shipping time left something to be desired, which is not at all the responsibility of the seller. FedEx is notoriously bad in our area and I waited 16 hours “out for delivery” on the day it arrived. Again, I highly recommend the seller, I’d just suggest a different shipping service.
