She was sealed in a bag with a protective cardboard insert. This was sealed in a protective bubble mailer, which was protected by a cardboard construct, inside a plastic bag. The doll arrived in sublime condition, and she is exactly as described. She is very lovely, and I'm impressed with the design! The doll and her clothes are very cool. Both the price and shipping were fantastic. Thank you so much for such a superb job!

They went above and beyond with their communication to ensure I was able to use the Hatch alarm. The value was great and the repackaging was excellent! WHAT A FACE :) He was very thoughtfully secured in his nice traveling pod and dispatch was speedy :) I think he's even BETTER than described, although FANTASTIC is a good word for him :) and he was a stellar value for adoption fee :) also what a nice, friendly bear rehoming agent :) Hope we can do this again in future, it's been a great pleasure :) Thank you very much :) A+++++++++
