The item (a set of wrenches) was poorly packaged, and fell out of the box in mid-transit. When a mostly-empty box arrived, the Seller was very rude and difficult to deal with. Did not immediately offer a refund - forced me to go through eBay to resolve. The Seller even called me "entitled" and forced me to go to the post office to return an empty box to him.
