When the package was delayed, the seller made every effort to contact the post offices in both locations--where the package was stuck and where it was meant to arrive. This effort was above and beyond any that I've seen from any seller, ever. They were kind, apologetic, and attentive, even when it was beyond their control and they had done everything right.
