They offered a replacement pair and took full accountability and admitted this was a mistake. They are exactly as described besides this, they are good value and appear as described. Plenty of tread left on the soles. 10/10 seller

However after contacting the supplier he immediately rectified the problem. The initial postage was rapidly actioned and the order received in a very suitable box on time. All messages were responded to on the same day and the minor issue was very satisfactorily resolved.
