Seems like the first specialist was trying to manipulate me into buying a new product from him. Great communication, great value, tested product in good condition. I'm very pleased with the aid and condition it looked like new. The seller was able to pre-tune it to my audiogram and it was pretty good right out of the box. My audiologist only needed to make one minor adjustment to make it perfect! I couldn’t ask for better communication, this seller went above and beyond to get everything right!
