It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.

It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable. I had a few questions before I purchased it and they responded quickly with answers. I am very happy with the service provided by them throughout the whole process.

I'm a repeat buyer and it seems they're shipping is a fixed amount on larger items and that is very reasonable. Their packaging is always expertly done. no oversize boxes. I have found, with few minor exceptions, that their descriptions are spot on accurate. Their pricing strategy is like I've never seen on e-bay. It is always the best price for the condition of the item.
