While mounting it on my skidsteer there was a slight problem. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again

The pins supplied were too large for category 0. I contacted the seller and they immediately made it right with me. I had to source my own category 0 pin but they refunded me the cost of the pins. April and they asked me to promptly open it, examine everything, and advise them stating if there was anything amiss they would make it right.
