Although there are differences from my older Hermès atomizer (purchased elsewhere), they're possibly representative of being a newer version. It did take time to arrive but that's just part of ordering from another country. The seller needed time to get the product in, so it didn't even ship for about 10 days after purchase. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Communication is slow with some translation issues but there was a response to each inquiry.

Seller needs to be more responsive to buyer's messages. The box pictured in the listing is NOT the box I received, but was instead rather beat up. Thankfully the perfume and the bottle are in mint condition. But the seller should NOT display a box in perfect condition and then send perfume in a damaged one. I thought about leaving a "Neutral" review, but the shipping was fast enough to make up for the negatives.
